Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of issues of organization of state financial regulation of the Russian economy. The qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of state financial regulation of national economic system for the period from the beginning of 1990s up to the present is carried out from the point of view of solving the task of its transformation from non-effective export-raw model to sustainable growth model; a number of problems hindering the solution of this task are revealed. The following directions of state regulation of the economy are considered: monetary, fiscal, implementation of programs of financial support of industries and individual enterprises. Based on the study, the authors conclude that to solve the problem under consideration it is necessary to change the approaches to the organization of state financial regulation, in particular, to stimulate the development of banking and state partnership in the sphere of lending to Russian industries, which will take into account the advantages of both purely banking and purely state investment in the economy. The article is based on the research of leading foreign and Russian scientists - economists in the field of state financial regulation of economic systems. Analytical materials, statistical data, Internet resources were also used in preparing the study.
