Abstract

The purpose of planning maintenance and repair of maintenance and repair of equipment at industrial enterprises is to keep the equipment in working, technically sound condition, ensuring its high performance and uninterrupted operation. In the planning of maintenance and repair, primary attention is paid to identifying the investment needs for innovation in the equipment of the maintenance service, since the use of fundamentally new materials during the overhaul of equipment can lead to the creation of new methods of maintenance and repair of equipment and the use of technological innovations in its planning.Despite the challenges of investing in innovation such as risk and uncertainty about the economic benefits of innovation, investing in innovation in equipment maintenance and repair planning solves the challenge of creating an exclusive product. Due to the fact that the actual costs of investments in innovation in some cases differ significantly from the planned ones, it is necessary to develop a "methodology for calculating the rates of investment in innovation in equipment for the maintenance and repair of technological equipment", which will minimize the discrepancy that occurs between the actual costs and planned, reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the system of preventive maintenance, improve the regulatory framework for planning maintenance and repair of equipment. We come to the conclusion that the economic role of rationing is that with the help of standards the most important proportions in the planning of maintenance and repair are justified, the development of material production is ensured, innovation activity is regulated and the investment needs for innovation in industrial enterprises are calculated.
