ACTUAL DIRECTIONS OF HR MANAGEMENT IN BANKRUPTCY ORGANIZATIONS OF THE UDMURT REPUBLIC

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of current problems and modern trends in personnel management in bankruptcy organizations of the Udmurt Republic. The activities of these organizations related to the implementation of insolvency (bankruptcy) legislation, primarily by arbitration managers, are currently actively spreading and in high demand among individuals and legal entities in the Russian Federation. This fact is also substantiated in the article. As part of the study, interviews and questionnaires were conducted among employees of bankruptcy organizations in order to identify the key functions of HR management that require close study, as well as the development, justification and adoption of appropriate personnel decisions. The identified function is associated with the development and training of personnel, since in bankruptcy organizations, there are specific competencies of a professional and personal-business nature that are necessary for employees to perform their job duties in carrying out all stages of work with debtors. The result of the study are proposals formulated on the basis of an analysis of the literature and the regulatory framework, questioning, observation, comparison and synthesis of the information received, to improve personnel management, namely, specific types and methods of training employees, taking into account the most demanded competencies in bankruptcy organizations of the Udmurt Republic.
