Abstract

The current state of the economy is characterized by constant dynamic transformations. In such conditions, for the survival of companies, it is not enough to maintain the current level, it is necessary to constantly evolve. To do this, it is important to use the most relevant experience of other companies. Modern business realities are as follows: a successful company must constantly be in a state of change in order to respond to the "challenges" of the internal and external environment.
