Abstract

At the present stage of development of legal science, a more detailed study of the functions of the state is directly related to the existing problems in the modern practice of building a social and legal state, strengthening the legal status of civil society in the Russian Federation. The communicative function of law is one of the main, most important, priority areas of activity of the modern Russian state in modern realities. The article deals with issues related to the assessment of the role of law as a connecting element in the field of legal relations, on the one hand, prescribing to fulfill legal norms, and on the other hand, obliged to fulfill them directly. The authors have revealed the relationship between the communicative function of law and its actual and immediate implementation. The article proposes the conditions under which, (and at the same time through the prism of legal communication), can be achieved interaction of subjects of legal life. The authors trace the formation of the communicative function of law with the help of legal information as its element and integral component. The significance and role of the communicative function as one of the main functions of the modern state is currently substantially underestimated in full. The search for a balance between relatively stable directions of development associated with the need to improve the legal communication of individual subjects of public relations, and the urgent need to restrain their unjustified behavior, the search for boundaries for the exchange of information, is one of the most pressing problems in the theory of law.
