Abstract

The article presents a crypto-dissipative approach to managing business incubators in the context of digital transformation of the economy. The authors propose to use the potential of cryptography and apply the principle of dissipativity to transform organizational relationships. Cryptography capabilities have been actively used in the United States and Europe since the 1940s to manage information flows. The developed approach involves the integrated use of cryptography and its applications, such as blockchain, smart contract, and token issuance. The authors substantiate the conclusions that the active use of the potential of blockchain and cryptography in issuing tokens is an effective tool for attracting financial resources and developing business incubators and startups; the use of smart contracting in the management of business incubators makes it possible to more effectively formalize and control the execution of business contracts, reducing the risks of unauthorized changes and increasing the transparency of interaction between participants; the ICO mechanism demonstrates advantages over other methods of financing in the digital economy, and its increasing dynamic growth indicates a high demand for such instruments. Ensuring the effective use of business incubator resources and creating the ability to self-organize and adapt in a complex industrial and financial environment are important factors for the preservation and sustainable development of these structures.
