Abstract

The article deals with the management of the poultry industry in conditions of logistical integration. The world-wide, national and regional trends in the development of poultry farming are disclosed, the state of the industry is shown and assessed, problems are identified and proposals for management decisions are developed. Analytical review of literary and statistical data, data of marketing agencies, world and domestic experience testify to the active development of this industry at all levels, which is reflected in the economic indicators of the industry. For further development and growth of the total production of poultry meat, it is necessary to continue modernizing of poultry facilities, further intensify the production of poultry meat, introduce deep processing and modern systems for controlling the safety and quality of products. Agreeing with the developed organizational and economic measures by various researchers, the authors of the article introduce their own developed management decisions, primarily to improve the range through the production of other types of poultry meat and processed products, improve export policy, including in conditions of logistical integration of countries participants of the EAEU. An integrated approach to the development of management decisions will improve the efficiency of poultry farming in the context of market globalization and increased competition.
