Abstract

The article discusses the criminal code of the Russian Federation as system education. The author substantiates the view that changes introduced into the legal act under research are not chaotic and illogical, since the criminal code is an indication of the processes occurring in reality, but they may not always be systematic and clearly predictable. These problems are investigated from a philosophical position using the method of system approach and such scientific area as synergy. It seems that this philosophical approach can be applied for the consideration of such object of study as the penal code, because it is not a set of mechanically collected by various legal norms. It seems that the considered legislative act has such a characteristic as integrity, internal unity, inherent in the logic of presentation and structure.
