OVERVIEW OF THE AUTHOR'S MAIN JUDGMENTS ON PROBLEMS of MODERN RUSSIAN CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract

In January 2018, a scientific-practical conference “The current state of the Russian criminal procedural science and prospects for its development” was held in the Udmurt State University, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the doctor of jurisprudence, Professor Zinatullin Zinur Zinatullovich. In the journal “Bulletin of Udmurt State University. Economics and Law” scientific articles by leading Russian process scientists of Moscow, Kazan, Kursk, Krasnodar, Volgograd, Saratov, Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Voronezh, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg and Simferopol were published, which analyzed and highly evaluated the scientific activities of Professor Z.Z. Zinatullin for the 58-year period of his ministry of criminal procedure science. In these articles there are also judgments about the ways of further development of criminal procedural science, improvement of the effectiveness of its contribution to the theory and practice of justice.
