THE NOTION OF A FORM OF STATE BODIES’ ACTIVITY IN MODERN SCIENCE

Abstract

The features of «a form of state bodies’ activity» are considered in the article, the positions of some scholars on the legal category of «a form of state bodies’ activity» are formulated on the basis of philosophical notion of a form. The authors explore the concept of this category, emphasize its importance along with the category «content», underline the meaning of «a form of state bodies’ activity» for jurisprudence, in particular for the improvement and the optimization of activities of state bodies.
