Abstract

The article notes that the problem of sustainable economic growth implies qualitative changes and is determined by the fundamental change in the role of innovation. The most important social and institutional problems of using new technologies are formulated. It is noted that the priority is given to the problems associated with the solution of complex tasks aimed at stimulating the economic activities of high-tech companies. This is the formation of a favorable environment for the introduction of sophisticated products into production using the latest technologies. Special attention should be paid to the stimulation and support of the innovative development of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, which is necessary for the development and organization of the production of competitive military, dual-use and civilian products. However, this is impossible without the creation and development of modern human capital, which requires fundamental changes in the entire system, not only higher education. The system of additional professional education for industrial workers is in need of changes. It was concluded that technological platforms are objects of the innovation infrastructure, allowing to ensure the integration of science and business and, thus, are the basis of sustainable economic growth.
