Abstract

The author attempts to interpret the concept “interview” from the point of view of didactics, linguistics and cross-cultural communication. Interview is considered as an efficient pedagogical technology, possessing special structure (aims, tasks, principles, content, interview procedure, results, methods, conditions) and which can be productively used for students’ professional creative competence development. The article proposes different interview classifications, communicative strategies and tactics of avoiding employment interview pitfalls.
