Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of N.Yu. Abgaryan's novel "Three apples fell from the sky", which is still waiting for its in-depth analysis and evaluation by critics. The author of the article examines the work through the prism of magical realism. The aesthetics of this literary phenomenon has not been fully established yet, although many studies have been written on the theory of magical realism. Despite the differences in views on the essence of the phenomenon, the generally recognized features of magical realism have been developed. They allow us to take a fresh look at the novel "Three apples fell from the sky" and appreciate the originality of the artistic world of the work, the originality of the implementation of its theme and idea.
