Abstract

The society's reflection in relation to certain concepts and categories (including social strata, groups) in accordance with the historical period to be consider. In connection with the entry into force of democratic rights and freedoms of citizens around the world there is a certain universalization of social values and political and legal forms of expression of this democracy in social, medical, educational spheres. But at the same time, democracy, like law, nevertheless, is a dynamic system that is mutating in its functional development under the influence of social constructs of society or due to certain laid traditions and foundations. Which leaves its imprint on such social institutions as medicine, law and education. In this article, a social and philosophical analysis of corporality will be carried out from the point of view of the attitude of society towards a typical / atypical body, and, using the example of inclusive educational practices, it will be proved that the notion of an atypical body is a dynamic category.
