ПРАКТИКИ ОЛИМПИЙСКОГО ВОЛОНТЕРСТВА В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ В ЯПОНИИ

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются практики олимпийского волонтерства в период пандемии. Олимпийские волонтеры - это люди, которые добровольно принимают участие в процессах подготовки и проведения Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр, без получения за это прямого денежного вознаграждения. Олимпийское волонтерство относится к разновидности спортивного волонтерства на площадках крупных спортивных мероприятий (спортивных мега-событий). Традиционно для организации и проведения мероприятий, в том числе и спортивных, привлекаются волонтеры, которые признаны значимым ресурсом успеха проведения мероприятий разного уровня. Такие мероприятия, как Олимпийские игры - спортивные мега-события, имеют специальные волонтерские программы, которые позволяют людям получить опыт работы в международной организации, посетить мероприятия, получить новые знания и навыки. На основе результатов онлайн-опроса волонтеров (N=250), принявших участие в организации и проведении Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр 2020 г., которые проходили в 2021 г. в Токио, Япония, в статье анализируются каналы получения информации о возможности участия в олимпийском волонтерстве, стимулы и барьеры для волонтеров в олимпийской программе. Отдельное внимание в статье уделяется особенностям олимпийского направления волонтерства в период пандемии. На основе анализа результатов онлайн-опроса волонтеров, было выявлено, что зачастую участие в практиках олимпийского волонтерства принимают люди, обладающие предшествующим опытом волонтерской деятельности. Более половины олимпийских волонтеров удовлетворены участием в Олимпийских играх. Также более половины участников исследования планируют продолжать участие в волонтерской деятельности в будущем. Среди особенностей, которыми характеризуется олимпийская волонтерская программа 2021 г., можно выделить дополнительную ответственность волонтеров за обеспечение безопасности проведения мероприятий, соблюдение всех необходимых требований безопасности, необходимость получения дополнительных знаний и навыков и более внимательное отношение к каждому участнику мероприятий. При этом важно, что современные меры безопасности не оказали негативного влияния на намерения волонтеров продолжать волонтерскую деятельность.
