Abstract

The category “goal”, as a cognitive model of future achievements built in the present, occupies a leading place in the study of a number of general psychological problems: information processing processes and personal topics, since it is a potential for development or a destructive factor. The system of human goals is a hierarchically organized and coordinated system; it has a subordination of primary and auxiliary goals. Such a system requires visualization. The lack of methodological means in psychology makes it difficult to objectify the hierarchy of goals. That is why the purpose of this work is to demonstrate the application of the method of rational distribution of volitional resources. The implementation of the method is carried out between primary and subordinate project goals. Specific examples show how to build a tree of goals - decisions. The latter is filled with numerical values, including coefficients of relative importance and general importance coefficients. The result is not only a visualized model of human goals, but also a numerical assessment of a number of their characteristics. The calculated indicators used make it possible to understand how to distribute volitional resources between the main and subordinate goals of the project. The resulting models can serve as an example for various areas of practice where the organization of activities is necessary.
