THE MECHANISM OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS COGNITIVE ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESS OF INTERACTIVE LEARNING AT THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract

In the context of the implementation of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ in higher educational institutions, focused on the formation of a new type of student, whose main characteristics are activity and independence, much attention is paid in pedagogy and methodology to the development of interactive learning technologies. According to the scientific and methodological literature, the effectiveness of interactive learning is primarily associated with an increase in the cognitive activity of students in the process of interaction. However, the bibliographic analysis done indicates that this aspect in the system of the phenomenon under consideration is not given sufficient attention. In this connection, the aim of this study is to develop a model and describe the mechanism of formation and development of cognitive activity of students in the process of interactive learning at the university. Methodology of the study consists of methods of content analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, a categorical pendulum. Research results : 1. The basic provisions describing the nature of the phenomenon of activity are identified; 2. A model is developed reflecting the mechanism of formation and development of students' cognitive activity in the process of interactive learning, taking into account modern educational goals at the university; 3. The interpretation of the obtained mechanism is given, the main stages of development are described and crisis moments of students' cognitive activity in the process of interactive learning at the university are highlighted. Discussion of the results . The developed model provides the necessary and sufficient understanding of the mechanism of formation and development of cognitive activity of students in the process of interactive learning at the university and contributes to the development of the scientific theory of the phenomenon under consideration, organizing the theoretical knowledge about it at a qualitatively new level. The scope of application of the results is seen in practical activities for the implementation of interactive teaching in various disciplines at the university, including when teaching Russian as a foreign language.
