Abstract

The article defines the concept of “synergy,” demonstrates a synergetic approach in the educational sphere of multilingualism, substantiates the relevance of this approach from the pedagogical and practical points of view and suggests the methods of its application in education. As a result of the studied topic, the author comes to the conclusion that synergetics has become widespread as a new scientific area associated with the unification of processes which give a quality result when used separately and multiply indicators when used jointly in the educational sphere of multilingualism. In this case, multilingual education is based on the rejection of dictatorship and authority in the learning process, where the most important task of the teacher / tutor is to motivate the students for cognitive activity, constant learning, the disclosure of potential abilities and the search for ways of self-development. Synergy allows students to be introduced into the learning process together and separately: both with the help of teachers, tutors who can share their knowledge and experience, and with the help of other students who can clarify difficult points. Thanks to this, the confidence of students of multilingualism acting as future multiphilologists increases; they realize that they can easily understand and explain difficult points to others. As a result, the synergetic approach in education demonstrates the rejection of total control over students and gives a great freedom to students, making an obligatory change in the educational process.
